Shape The Future Consortium is a group designed to help share insights on how learning can improve the world. We provide input from learning industry experts, academics, thought leaders, Talent Leaders and Chief Learning Officers (CLO's); Engage in meaningful discussions, explore innovative ideas. We focus on sustainability and skills, aiming to address the greater good and foster impactful change.​​

Some context and our Inspiration In view of the current and emerging socio-political and environmental trends, we feel the need to mobilize as many resources as possible to engage European learning professionals to work together on enhancing the positive impact of corporate learning on individuals and society. Our overriding purpose is to focus on the public good.

We believe we can contribute to reducing skill gaps, promoting lifelong learning, and preparing a workforce that is resilient and adaptable to future challenges. We welcome other professionals whose profiles are aligned with our mission, including academics, the public sector, EdTech innovators and VCs.
